The ramen here is JUST MY TASTE! I ordered Shoyu Ramen and let me tell you the broth was delicious and savory, not to mention the absolute tenderness of the pork. The noodles themselves were not too hard, not too soft, not too chewy or anything! I came here late at night after a beach day with friends and the service was still great as well. The perfect amount of everything, I would definitely recommend.

Ordered 2 combos + extra appetizer + 2 drinks under $65 + tip The service was great from start to finish - since we arrived early we had the opportunity to sit wherever we liked - no crowd or waitlist. We also asked about paying in cash since we noticed the menu had a label "NO CASH" but again - because it wasn't so busy they let us pay cash and order without hesitation! We didn't wait long before our drinks came and shortly after that we got fried chicken and gyoza served at our table. These were the juiciest and flavorful gyoza I've had so far and the sweet sriracha sauce was a great side sauce! My partner got the chicken bun as his side combo option it had even amount of chicken to sauce and layered evenly between the bun. You really can't go wrong with any of these appetizers options. The soups came in less than 10 minutes and were spot on. Broth was delicious on the pork classic and the noodles were perfectly cooked. We also had the Spicy Shoyu On Fire chicken and wow it was spicy! I like spicy foods so I feel like at first it wasn't so overpowering so I enjoyed my noodles up until the end when I began slurping the remaining broth I got some spice stuck in my throat but nothing that couldn't be relieved with some water. Overall great service :)

I was in the parking lot and hungry! Didn't want to get a full bowl of ramen so I got a small rice bowl with pork. It hit the spot! The bowl had a half an egg, deep fried jalapeño...and I didn't even ask for it, but was a pleasant surprise. The server was great and luckily the place only had about 6 people inside so I beat the lunch crowd. The ambiance is great! Small, intimate...almost like being in Japan!
